Information for goldsmith products (and not) belonging to the following collections:

Since these are personalized goods made to measure for the customer, Asaroton does not recognize the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99 as these are made-to-measure or personalized goods.

Asaroton recognizes the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, only if attributable to manufacturing defects.
Communications of measurements, engravings and other incorrect information by the customer will not be understood as a manufacturing defect by Asaroton.it, they will be considered incorrect data provided by the customer.
Asaroton remains available to resolve any errors.

If proven manufacturing defects exist, the customer will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on all goods purchased on the asaroton.it website according to the following rules:

The goods must be returned intact in all their parts and with the original packaging not tampered with. In case of return of damaged goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer.
Asaroton reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After ascertaining the integrity of the returned product, Asaroton.it will refund the customer the entire amount initially paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of return shipping of the goods.

In the event of failure to execute the order by Asaroton.it, due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the goods or services requested, the same company, within 30 days, will inform the consumer who can request reimbursement of the any sums paid.

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.

2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

3. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate this to asatoton.it via an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

The user may also indicate the desire to withdraw by indicating the order number and name of the user at the address:

4. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal also by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the standard withdrawal form, referred to in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 not obligatory.

5. The goods must be returned to Via Bruno Girolami 17 - 33090, Arba (PN), Italy

6. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days, excluding any shipping costs and customs charges.

7. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back.

8. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Asaroton.it are included in the categories of the art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

9. The site will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.
