Orders for the Asaroton Menù, Memento Mori, Asaroton Home, Celeb and Mosaic kit collections are processed within 1-5 working days; Rome Collection orders are processed in 1-10 business days; (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a specific notification.
Asaroton.it is not responsible for potential delays due to delivery delays by the courier but remains always available for clarifications regarding shipping.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping service in Italy for orders over 150 euros.
We offer free local delivery on a minimum order of 50 euros at a cost of 4.99 euros.
We make deliveries from 9.00 to 19.00 on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. We will contact you via SMS on the telephone number you provided at check-out to let you know the day of delivery or via email.

International shipments

We offer shipping in Europe to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czechia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Asaroton di Jessica Roveredo is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.
If the recipient requests us (Asaroton) or the courier to deliver the package without the obligation of a signature on the part of the recipient, the appointed courier and Asaroton di Jessica Roveredo are relieved of any responsibility relating to any loss or damage to the package which can therefore be attributed to causes subsequent to delivery.
Additional note for the MOSAIC KIT Collection:
Any tiles falling out of the envelopes during transport is not considered damage as it does not compromise the success of the mosaic completion.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive the order within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at AsarotonItalia@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
